A Washington federal judge granted in part a motion to dismiss by Holland America cruise line, ruling that the plaintiffs in a proposed class action failed to show the defendant acted outrageously when deciding to set sail during the early days of the pandemic due to the fact that much remained unknown about the virus at that time.
