The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a $25 million judgment for a plaintiff who alleges his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was caused by exposure to Bayer’s Roundup, rejecting the company’s argument that the plaintiff’s claims were barred under federal pesticide laws, Reuters News reports.
